When does the clock start?
Daily, weekly and monthly keys start when you first redeem them, not when you buy. Lifetime doesn't expire.
Refunds?
Not once a key is delivered. If it doesn't work, we'll replace it.
New computer?
Ask support for a reset.
Terms of service

Using the key. A key gives you access to blancat.ogu for the length of time you purchased. It is for your own use. Don't resell, share or publish it.
Payment. All purchases are one-time payments in USD, processed by a third-party payment provider. We don't see or store your card details.
Delivery. Keys are emailed after payment clears. You're responsible for entering a correct email address. Check spam before contacting support.
Refunds. Because keys are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. If a key doesn't work, contact support on Discord and we'll replace it.
Resets. If you change devices, ask support for a key reset. We may limit how often resets are granted.
Revoking keys. We may disable a key without refund if it is shared, resold, obtained through a chargeback or fraud, or used to break these terms or the law.
Chargebacks. Disputing a valid payment with your bank instead of contacting us first will result in your key being revoked.
No warranty. The service is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and aren't liable for any loss arising from its use, beyond the amount you paid for the key.
Changes. We may update these terms or prices at any time. Continuing to use a key means you accept the current terms.
What we collect. The email you enter at checkout, your order details (plan, amount, time) and the license key issued to you.
Payment data. Handled entirely by our payment provider. We never receive your card number.
How we use it. To deliver your key, handle support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, and process resets.
Sharing. We don't sell your data. It is shared only with the payment and email-delivery providers needed to complete your order, or when required by law.
Retention. We keep order records for as long as needed for support, fraud prevention and legal obligations.
Cookies. This site doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Our payment provider may set its own cookies during checkout.
Your choices. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact us on Discord. We'll act on valid requests unless we need to keep records by law.
Discord. If you contact support there, Discord's own privacy policy applies to that conversation.
